THE CREW

WE’RE THE NO BULLSH*T CREW

Heading 1

Hi, I'm Fiona, a Fractional CMO with over 18 years of global marketing experience. I've seen it all—the good, bad, ugly, and downright incompetent.

I've been working as a fractional CMO for over 8 years, from startups to high-growth scale-ups, to £200M+ companies.
I’ve managed budgets as small as £5k a month to as big as £1.4M a month - there is no growth challenge I haven't seen or faced head-on.

When I join a business, I often see the same issue: agencies charging huge fees, inflating results, and not understanding the real revenue impact or impact on profitability. They focus on in-platform metrics and ignore the back-end revenue data (Shopify) and never report on NC ROAS. They’re detached from the daily coalface and lack team cohesion.

It’s Bullshit, and it needs to change across the industry, so I decided to get it done.

I sort what needs to be sorted within marketing. Mostly, I work with businesses on profitable growth targets, strategy, team management (or hiring), and hands- on execution. I get things done and deliver real results with a No Bullshit Approach.

I’m Esteban, a D2C retention expert with a knack for diving deep and making an impact with any product that gets thrown my way.

Working with pre-revenue startups to £100m+ companies and publicly listed firms, size doesn’t matter to me and bigger doesn’t mean better process, a lot of the time it means waaay more money being left on the table.

My approach revolves around understanding customer journeys from the ground up, and delivering best in class Retention Marketing and LTV Strategy.

My marketing is more than just creative ideation - all my strategies are backed by the companies own data and not mere copying of a playbook.

I find the big opportunities in the unsexy work agencies avoid, I do the leg work they won’t…

Retention is where profit is made. I show businesses the potential profits they’re ignoring by not optimising their post-purchase experiences to look after the base they spent soo much on to acquire.

BROUGHT IN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED

We only bring in the resources your team truly needs, and when we do, our goal is to upskill your team or help you hire internally. This ensures your long-term growth and independence without relying on us.

I’m simon and I have ~10 years of experience growing businesses through performance marketing. I love to get stuck into the data and go far beyond just what we see in the platforms in order to make them running as efficiently as possible.

As Fiona said, this cohesion between teams is often lacking, so I’ll always look to link up what we’re seeing in the ad platforms with what is going on in the businesses as a whole.

There’s nothing worse than just running things for the sake of it, without questioning ‘why’ and seeing if we can make our budget work harder for us.

I’m interested in growing your business through paid channels, rather than making my channels ‘look good’. If they’re performing crap then they’re performing crap - we’ll discover why and try to fix it.

I’ve worked across a number of industries as well as a good number of people within health and wellness, with the likes of Mindful Chef, Vitl Health, Kurk.

I’m Karoline. Multidisciplinary creative and low-key rebel. I’m obsessed with illustrator, coffee and optimisation (I’m also a certified Project Manager, but that’s a different story).

Producing great work requires creative freedom, smart (not hard) processes and a no-bullshit approach [spoiler alert - us!].

Working across both in-house, agency, FMCG & start-ups I’ve experienced first hand how many companies lose momentum in their creative as a result of long sign-off processes, too many stakeholders involved and a lack of freedom which prevents creatives from creating the most ground-breaking and savy content.

As a creative I don’t only art direct and produce great work - I also help improve the briefing- and sign off-process and get sh*t done while we’re at it.

The most effective creative isn’t always the most expensive solution - it’s the solution that resonates with the target audience, make people talk and push boundaries (hint: stop playing it safe).

I see it all the time, agencies charging a small fortune and getting it so, so very wrong on so many levels, I could go on about how much bullshit there is, but I wont.

What I do is accelerate growth and support brands in reaching their full potential. I combine gold standard performance structures with comprehensive data-driven insights and trend-setting UGC creative to ignite explosive growth for our clients.

I also have a pretty amazing creative process that helps uncover the hooks per audience/market that make conversion fly.
